The closest parking to Institute of the Americas is in the Pangea Parking Structure on Pangea Drive & Scholars Drive North. Visitor parking passes can be purchased for $3/hour or $30/day. Check-in begins at 3:00 pm, and Check-out is by 12:00 pm. The parking fee is $30.00 per vehicle per day and is subject to change. A credit card guarantee is required to secure the reservation. To receive the group rate, reservations must be made prior Monday, October 13, 2025, 4:00pm PST.

Rates do not include tax, currently 14.945%. Cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to check-in or charges for the first night's room and tax will be applied. Room rates and types such as 2 Queens or 1 King are based on availability. Additional Person Fee is $20.00 per person – for 3rd or 4th person (subject to change). Early Departure Fee is one night room and tax.
